FAQs
Will the HDMI port work with my laptop?
Your laptop’s USB-C port must support video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt). Most recent MacBooks and many Windows laptops do – ask us with your model.
Can I charge my laptop through it?
Yes. Connect your USB-C charger to the PD port (up to 100W). The dock uses a little of that power itself.
Do I need drivers?
No. It is plug and play on Windows and macOS.
Does the price include VAT?
No. Prices exclude 16% VAT. Need an official VAT (eTIMS) invoice? Contact us before you order and we’ll confirm the VAT and invoice details.
