At Terptech Technologies, orders within Nairobi can be paid on delivery or collection, by cash or M-Pesa (Payment Upon Delivery). Orders delivered outside Nairobi are paid by M-Pesa before dispatch.

We only accept payments to this Paybill. We never ask you to pay to a personal number.
1. How you can pay
- M-Pesa – within Nairobi, pay when your order is delivered or collected; for deliveries outside Nairobi, pay before dispatch.
- Cash – within Nairobi only: pay our rider or shop staff when you receive or collect your order.

2. Orders that may need payment before dispatch
For deliveries outside Nairobi, payment is by M-Pesa before dispatch. For some high-value orders in Nairobi, we may also ask for payment by M-Pesa before dispatch. We will tell you when we call to confirm your order.
3. Prices and VAT invoices
All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh). Prices exclude 16% VAT. Need an official VAT (eTIMS) invoice? Contact us before you order and we’ll confirm the VAT and invoice details. Delivery is free in Nairobi CBD. Elsewhere, the delivery charge depends on your location and order size and is confirmed when we call to confirm your order – never more than KSh 500. In Nairobi you pay it on delivery; outside Nairobi it is included in your M-Pesa prepayment.
4. Receipts
We issue a receipt for every purchase. Keep it, as you will need proof of purchase for returns and warranty claims.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by M-Pesa or bank transfer within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. If we confirm an item was faulty, damaged or wrong, we also refund the delivery charge and reimburse your reasonable return shipping cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
