What your order status means
- Processing – we have received your order. Our team will call, text or WhatsApp you to confirm the order, delivery address and preferred delivery time.
- On hold – we are waiting for something from you, such as confirmation of your details or an agreed M-Pesa payment.
- Completed – your order has been delivered or collected.
- Cancelled – the order was cancelled by you or by us. If you had already paid, we refund you in full.
- Refunded – your refund has been processed to your original payment method.
Following your delivery
Within Nairobi, orders are delivered by our own rider or delivery vehicle. Outside Nairobi, we use trusted courier partners and share the tracking or waybill number with you where available. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery times.
